Our services are intended for informational and supportive purposes only and do not replace medical, psychological, or professional healthcare advice.


2. ELIGIBILITY

By using our services, you confirm that:

  • You are at least 18 years old;
  • You are legally capable of entering into a binding contract;
  • Any information you provide is accurate and complete.


3. SERVICES PROVIDED

We may offer:

  • Digital downloadable guides and resources;
  • Educational postnatal information;
  • One-to-one coaching sessions;
  • Online support materials;
  • Workshops, courses, or group programmes.

All services are subject to availability and may be modified or withdrawn at any time.


4. MEDICAL DISCLAIMER

The Postnatal Support Hub does not provide medical care, diagnosis, treatment, or emergency services.

Our content, coaching, and guidance are educational and supportive only and should not be considered medical advice.

You should always seek advice from:

  • Your GP;
  • Midwife;
  • Health visitor;
  • Mental health professional; or
  • Emergency healthcare services

for any medical concerns regarding yourself or your baby.

If you believe you or your baby are experiencing a medical emergency, contact emergency services immediately.


5. DIGITAL DOWNLOADS

Upon purchase, you are granted a non-transferable, non-exclusive licence to use the downloadable materials for personal use only.

You may not:

  • Share, resell, reproduce, distribute, or copy materials;
  • Use content for commercial purposes;
  • Modify or claim our content as your own.

All intellectual property rights remain the property of The Postnatal Support Hub.

Due to the nature of digital products, all downloadable purchases are non-refundable unless required by UK consumer law.


6. ONE-TO-ONE COACHING

Coaching sessions are designed to provide support, guidance, and education during the postnatal period.

By booking coaching services, you acknowledge that:

  • Results may vary between individuals;
  • Coaching is not therapy, counselling, or medical treatment;
  • You remain responsible for decisions made following sessions.

We reserve the right to refuse or discontinue coaching services where appropriate, including abusive behaviour, safeguarding concerns, or inappropriate conduct.


7. BOOKINGS, PAYMENTS, AND CANCELLATIONS

All prices are listed in GBP (£).

Payment must be made in full before access to services or materials is provided.

Coaching Cancellations

  • Clients may reschedule with at least 24 hours’ notice.
  • Cancellations made less than 24 hours before a session may be non-refundable.
  • Missed appointments without notice are non-refundable.

We reserve the right to cancel or reschedule appointments where necessary.


8. REFUNDS

Digital products are generally non-refundable once accessed or downloaded.

Refund requests for coaching services will be considered on a case-by-case basis in accordance with UK consumer rights legislation.


9. INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY

All website content, branding, materials, downloads, graphics, text, and resources are owned by The Postnatal Support Hub unless otherwise stated.

You may not:

  • Reproduce materials;
  • Republish content;
  • Sell or distribute resources;
  • Use our branding without written permission.


10. LIMITATION OF LIABILITY

To the fullest extent permitted by law, The Postnatal Support Hub shall not be liable for:
